An individual registration is required of all who actually run steam locomotives. Steamers under age 18 must have a paid registration either for the full event or a single day, as appropriate, and must be closely supervised by an adult (who can have a guest registration if they aren’t running locomotives). Not open to the public.

Observers do not plan to run trains but do plan to be in the steam hall on a regular basis and want to visit the dealer room or clinics. Not open to the public.

Guests are friends or relatives of steamers who expect to visit the steam hall irregularly and who do not want to visit the dealer room or clinics. Not open to the public.

An "Adult banquet" is required for all participants 16 and over that would like to attend the banquet.

A "Child banquet" is required for all participants 15 and under that would like to attend the banquet.

Dealers who wish to run steam locomotives must also pay the regular registration fee; steamers who wish to sell products must buy a table. Dealer tables are 6-feet by 30-inches. Exhibits will be open 1-3:30 p.m., Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

RV Camping on site at the Lodi Grape Festival Fair Grounds: RV spots are $35 per night are available on a first come first served reservation basis: water and electric hook-ups only (electrical 30 & 50 amp); dump station on site. restrooms and showers, ADA access, pets and children welcome.
